Three Peaks Retreat features
For those looking to get away from it all and enjoy the peaceful tranquillity of the countryside, then this hideaway offers the perfect retreat. The barn is set within its own grounds offering uninterrupted views across the three peaks of The Sugar Loaf, Skirrid and Blorenge. Step inside and admire the interiors which have been carefully finished using historic items from the farm to give you a real taste of the history of this 16th century farm.

Security & Doors
The entrance and exit are through the front door at the front of the property.
There is a set of keys supplied to you which will be able to open and lock the front door
Please remember to lock the door manually upon departure as this isn’t a self-locking door.
There is a lockable external storage facility to by the front entrance and a key has been supplied with main door key.
The heating system is oil fired with a Hive Temperature Control Box. This is located by the bed on the wall. We have set the temperature to gain a comfortable heat, please do remember to turn it back when checking out of the property.
Parking for 2 vehicles is directly next to the studio on the gravel track through the gate entrance. Please ensure you do not block the main track as other guests will be using the main entranceway over the cattle grid for access to Garn Llech Cottage.
The kitchen is well-equipped, there is an electric stove and oven, a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. We have also made sure that there are enough cooking tins and saucepans for you to enjoy cooking and baking. There is also a small amount of cleaning materials for you to take care
during your stay.
Dining Room/ Sitting Room
There is a dining table supplied for your use during your stay.
There is a hoover, travel cot and sweeping brushes supplied in each cottage.
The TV has inbuilt Freeview set.
You can find useful information, maps, and games in the side cupboard for you to enjoy.
There is a double bed located in the main room of the studio.
There is storage for clothing in the dressing room located right next to the bed area. There is a hairdryer provided in the side cupboard.
The bathroom includes a large shower with dual option shower head, toilet, and sink.
There is a selection of Welsh Toiletries available for you to use.
Towels and Bath Robes
We have provided one hand towel and bath sheet for each guest to use inside the property.
You will also find bath robes and hot tub towels for your use with our hot tub facility.
When you depart please place any used towels on the floor of the bathroom.
You can find all your outdoor cushions in the storage area just to the right of the main entry door. You can move the dining table from inside the property to be used outside.
Wood Fired Hot Tub
The wood fired hot tub is located on the main decking area in the garden.
There is information pack available for you to use to start the hot tub. Please follow these instructions.
The information pack is in your welcome pack in the cottage.
If you have any issues then please contact your host.
Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden inside the property but please feel free to smoke outside in the
front garden. Please dispose of the butts in the sand bucket provided.
Trash / Recycling
Recycling is taken very seriously within the local area to preserve the natural beauty of The Brecon Beacons National Park.
You will find separate bins for food waste, plastic & cardboard, and another for metal waste in the kitchen. Glass waste will need to be disposed of in the outdoor waste box which is marked. Outdoor bins are provided outside of the main property next to the shed area.
